The Showstopper

A challenging property full of easements led to this showstopping backyard. Consuming the building envelope, a 3-gabled structure was designed with an expanded linear patio. An entertainer’s kitchen provides expansive countertop space, green egg, side burner, two refrigerators, and additional storage. The herringbone paving provides a tile-like vibe, marrying the natural stone of the masonry kitchen to the modern furnishings. Touches of annual color create a vibrant aesthetic throughout the property, along with midnight blue granite boulders and night lighting.
