Modern Hillside

Located on an unforgiving hillside, significant work was completed with a series of retaining walls for the driveway and side loaded garage. Access to the backyard is built into the wall system with natural stone steps and a paver walkway, wrapping around to the lower level walkout below the deck. To take advantage of the outdoors, an additional sitting patio was included in the front – capitalizing on sunsets and relaxation with the bubbling boulder water feature. The entire landscape marries the architecture of the home into it through the hardscape design, bed lines, decorative stone, and plant material.
