Accommodating Additions

Even this large yard presented a grading challenge with the sloping hill towards this outdoor addition. A guiding walkway from the deck leads to a customized kitchen and dining area covered with a pergola. The paver patio expands the entertainment into the yard with the gas fire bowl. To manage water runoff from the hill, a dry french river flows along the outer edge of the kitchen area. Mixed outcropping stones help with the grade change and are carried into the patio to tie everything together.
